The Cafiero Team specializes in the sale of income producing commercial real estate assets throughout New Jersey and the tri-state area.  Our 17-person team is focused on delivering the highest level of brokerage expertise and advisory services in the market.  We focus on single tenant net leased properties, retail shopping centers, mixed-use, industrial buildings, and multi-tenant office/medical.  We also have completed over 250 1031-Exchange transactions.
